Rayyan Education Services LLC is developing a British–Omani education platform through collaboration with UK universities, awarding organisations, training providers, Omani academics, employers, and professional stakeholders.

Rayyan has established early partnership foundations, including a Memorandum of Understanding and Letter of Intent with a leading British university, to explore undergraduate higher education programmes and progression pathways in Oman, subject to all required approvals.

Golden Sands LLC serves as Rayyan Education Services LLC’s local strategic partner in Oman. The partnership reflects Rayyan’s commitment to combining British higher education experience and international academic standards with Omani local knowledge, stakeholder insight, and national development priorities.

This collaboration supports Rayyan’s ambition to develop education and training opportunities that are locally relevant, internationally benchmarked, and aligned with Oman Vision 2040.

The company also works with UK-based education and training partners, including R&A Education, Ste and Qualified Training Solutions, to support the development of diploma programmes, professional training, employability skills, and progression routes.

Our partnership activity focuses on UK-accredited diploma and progression programmes, foundation and pre-university pathways, undergraduate programme development subject to approval, professional and executive training, academic quality assurance, employer-led skills development, and future higher education partnership delivery in Oman.

Through these collaborations, Rayyan Education Services LLC aims to support Oman Vision 2040 by creating internationally benchmarked education opportunities that are locally relevant, professionally focused, and aligned with Oman’s skills and higher education priorities.
